Vision Benefit Plan Act

Vision benefit managers influence patient choice with providers, labs, products and services. They control what is labeled as covered materials and services, influence where glasses and lenses are purchased, and determine how providers are paid.

Whether you’re new to NOA or returning after some time away, membership strengthens our collective voice. NOA is advocating to ensure:
